The CSMR has institute through agreements and protocols with different professionals and associations a desk which have the function to give assistant and medical advices for people affected by rare diseases. The main purpose is to listen and to help who needs legal and medical indications.
This is aimed to offer better service and safeguard to the weakest bracket of the population who needs healthcare but he doesn't have availability in finding information relevant to their cases. The structure of the desk is such that every expert has his collaborators, in order to interact with different patients in the area.
We are going to introduce, as soon as possible, a toll-free number where specialized operators, depending on the area o region, will put you in contact with the professional with whom we have stipulated agreements.
